SLOW FASHION AWARD 12

Well hello, colour!!
Quite an unusual sight as I’m working with dark fabrics mostly.

BUT…I am shortlisted for the finals for the Slow Fashion Award 12.
And since the Slow Fashion Agency from Vienna is cooperating with LENZING Textiles for the award, I was kindly given a selection of their fantastic Tencel fabrics to work with.

What you can see in the picture above are the selvedges. They make up all the waste there is after cutting the fabrics.

Keeping fingers crossed for the award!

As you may know, I am currently working on my 2nd Zero Waste collection and you are going to see the results soon. I have less than 6 weeks to complete the 6 outfits, illustrations, specs and a photo shoot. 

Sounds like a lot of time? Well, it isn’t.
